I am an undergraduate student in the bioinformatics program at the Technical University of Munich and the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich. I joined the chair of experimental bioinformatics in May 2021 to work on my bachelor’s thesis.

Together with Zakaria Louadi and Dr. Olga Tsoy, I will explore the possibilities of predicting tissue specific splicing events using deep learning.
